After we launched a successful brand rollout to re-engage FSR’s workforce, the client came to us with three wishes: connect residents to the brand, develop a deeper relationship between residents and onsite staff and shift resident perception of FSR from invisible property manager to holistic lifestyle resource.

Enter: The Elements of Living. A content suite that includes a blog, quarterly newsletter, e-blasts and “community toolboxes”––an arsenal of digital and print elements that let onsite staff interact with their residents.
